Dear Information Governance,

What I mean by substantiated child abuse cases are those who have been taken through the criminal justice system & found guilty of a child abuse offence. What I mean by child is those under the age of 18 years of age. What I want is information on the perpetrators of child abuse. I am not asking for any information about the child victims.

Best regards Dave

Dear Mr Mortimer,

The Council has undertaken a review of our Freedom of Information systems and it has been brought to my attention you may not have received a response to the information you requested.

In order to proceed with your request the service requires clarification.

Please clarify what you mean by substantiated? Is this referring to a child protection conferences ,criminal convictions? Can you also clarify what offenders you are referring to?

Regards

Information Governance
