Dear Dave,

The Council's Human Resources department developed and wrote the Council's child protection policy which applies, with appropriate amendments, in Council facilities such as Omagh Leisure Complex, Strule Arts Centre and at the Council-run Community Centres.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Mortimer

Thank you for your email of 28 December 2013 which I received today. You have requested information relating to offenders in substantiated child abuse cases.

Councils in Northern Ireland do not have responsibility for children or for social services and Omagh District Council holds no information relating to your request.

Yours sincerely

Public Relations Officer
