Subject: FOI 7532 MORTIMER - Freedom of Information Request Response

Dear Mr Mortimer,

We confirm that the Council holds some of the information falling within the description specified however to locate, retrieve, extract and prepare the information would exceed 18 hours (2.5 days) of an officers time to comply and therefore require £450 charge. The appropriate limit has been specified in regulations under section 21 of the freedom of information act for local government.

However, if you were to make a new request for a more narrow category of information it may be that we could comply with your request within the appropriate time limit, although we cannot guarantee that this would be the case. Any reformatted request the Council receives from you will be treated as a fresh FOI request.

On the basis description described above I have closed this FOI request.

I attach the Council's appeals procedure for your reference should you require a review of this decision.

Thank you for your enquiry.
